Helen Thorne-Allenson（海倫·索恩-艾倫森）是英國聖經輔導機構的培訓與資源總監。她是「Track: A (Female) Student’s Guide to Purity in a Porn-Saturated Culture」, 「Hope in an Anxious World」, 和 「5 Things to Pray for a Suffering Friend.」等書的作者。她嫁給了尼克，現居英國漢普郡。
